Established in 1996, Health Force Home Health has strived to be the patient's first choice in home health care. The state licensed and Medicare certified company is privately owned and operated with an enthusiasm for community dependability.

Health Force has grown since then to employ approximately 100 qualified professionals to serve the Victoria, Texas area and its 16 surrounding counties. The company's workforce is experienced in geriatric, post-surgical, diabetes, wound care, rehabilitation, cancer, stroke, Alzheimer’s care and pediatric rehabilitation. Health Force serves Medicare, Medicaid, private-pay, and is a quality care provider for most major insurance groups. The Director of Clinical Services coordinates each patient’s plan of care with the physician and family members. Each professional provides the patient and/or family with education to assist them in managing their illness or injury while remaining in their own home or community.  These highly trained specialists will also assess the home for safety and adaptive equipment needs as well as support services available in the community.

Health Force is available 24 hours a day, everyday, and accepts referrals from physicians, hospitals, the patient, family members, friends or other community agencies. The company coordinates all necessary services and will be involved—quickly and proficiently responding to the changing patient needs to promote good health and peace of mind. Coordination of all medical and home care supplies and equipment will be maintained by each staff member sent to the home. Health Force helps patients independently within familiar surroundings among family and friends.
